CBTPulse.com was set up to specifically focus on all things Cross Border eCommerce and International Retail. It was set up by Mark Ellis after finding that there was very little information currently available that wasn’t sales material and nothing to help guide retailers through the process. Those sites and books that have cross border retail in the title were always more generically about eCommerce with a bit of cross border material.
Initially this was going to be a book but the content needed adapting so often that it made more sense to turn it into a living document and to build a community of retailers learning more about cross border.
Mark is the VP for Growth and Partnerships at Webinterpret, a leading Cross Border Technology company. Before that Mark was leading the operations for eBay’s European cross border program. He has over 20 years of general eCommerce industry experience, guiding and delivering strategic change in retailers, working with retailers like Dyson, Regatta, Boots and Arcadia Group, leading multi-million dollar programs for industry giants such as Dunnhumby (Tesco Club Card among others) and working with small businesses delivering innovative retail solutions.
We very much want to build this as a community so actively encourage you to engage with our posts, feedback, learn and ask questions.
